Most products we carry come with warranty, which is typically 12 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the specific manufacturer for details regarding their warranty terms and conditions. We will gladly deal with any warranty issue for you within the manufacturers specified warranty period and conditions. Unfortunately, it is completely up to the manufacturer weather to warranty and item or not, but we will do the best we can for you. Unfortunately postage costs to return warranty items cannot be covered.
Returns
We will gladly refund or exchange any new product within 30 days of its original purchase, as long as the product is in new and unused condition and accompanied by its original undamaged packaging and receipt. If you would like to make a return that does not meet these conditions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns will be credited for the full price of the items, minus a 15% restocking fee (or your actual shipping price, at our discretion).
Why the restocking fee? This covers our carrying, packaging and labour costs, which are included in our prices, as well as the credit card fee that we pay even when the item is returned. If we made a mistake that necessitated the return, we will waive the restocking fee.
